STEPS TO ORDERING:

1. Purchase the listing then email the details to info@JanaeXclusive.com (Add name and order number)


2. Attach 1-3 pictures (NO COLLAGE/WATERMARKED PICTURES) High Quality pictures preferred !!

Add your high resolution images
FYI: Bad resolution pics can delay your processing and also cause bad resolution on the Announcement .
Please be mindful of the pictures you are using and the resolution. Dark pictures will not show clearly on the Announcement . 

3. PERSONALIZED DETAILS (Include in message/email): 

• Need by date
• Name
• Sunrise/ Sunset Date
  
• Colors/ Colors for the Announcement (3 colors max)
  
• Quote/ Wording (Optional)
• Photos (1-3 Max)
  

4. APPROVE YOUR DESIGN
You will get a mockup preview for approval (APPROVAL IS MANDATORY)
 
Max revisions : 1 - then additional $5
Once the draft has been approved, there will be no changes in the pictures. Please make sure you send the correct pictures the first go round.
Custom made items are non-refundable or exchangeable so please make sure you look over the mock up carefully.

5. Once design approved, I will send final to you .
**Please make sure your email address is current cause I will not be responsible for any outdated or incorrect information provided.
**You have 24 hours to cancel your order with no charge. Cancellations after that will be a $5 charge.***

PROCESSING TIME is up to 1-2 "BUSINESS DAYS" or SOONER (WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS NOT INCLUDED). You will receive a mock up of the Announcement for approval during that time frame before final is sent. Please make sure you are monitoring your inbox or email for quicker delivery. If no response received or slow response, this also will delay your processing. Please refrain from messaging us for a status if you are still within your processing time frames.
