Max revisions: 1 - then additional $5
Once the draft has been approved, there will be no changes in the pictures. Please make sure you send the correct pictures the first go round.
Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, so please ensure you carefully review the mock-up.
5. Once the design is approved, I will send the final to you.
**Please make sure your email address is current, cause I will not be responsible for any outdated or incorrect information provided.
**You have 24 hours to cancel your order with no charge. Cancellations after that will be a $5 charge.***
PROCESSING TIME is up to 1-2 "BUSINESS DAYS" or SOONER (WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS NOT INCLUDED). You will receive a mock-up of the Announcement for approval during that time frame before the final is sent. Please make sure you are monitoring your inbox or email for quicker delivery. If no response is received or a slow response is received, this will also delay your processing. Please refrain from messaging us for a status if you are still within your processing time frames.
