At no point will Janae Xclusive accept any exchanges or issue any refund unless the mistake is on our behalf . Such as : we sent you the incorrect item or size. All sales are final due to the the nature of our design process. Each design is custom made and products are purchased to provide you with the best experience and quality design.
Custom Garments are to never be returned unless advised to do so . Custom garments are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Shipping
No design is shipped or given to any client without verbal or written satisfaction and approval. You are responsible for all shipping cost and each item is insured. Once shipped, it is out of our hands and must be taken up with shipping company. Any problems to arise while your order is in transit from us to you will be at the responsibility of the carrier. Please contact the carrier for details.
Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning something due to a mistake by us.
Once we have been notified of our mistake we will then send you a RETURN ADDRESS shipping label.

Did you receive the incorrect item?
If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us immediately to get a replacement sent out to you. We will send you a shipping label to have the faulty or incorrect item shipped back. Please note that you must contact us within 3 days after receipt to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item and return the incorrect or damaged item within 7 days.

4. **Alterations:** Any alterations needed are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend consulting with a professional tailor to ensure a perfect fit.
5. **Quality Check:** Please thoroughly inspect your garment upon receiving to ensure it meets your expectations. Notify us immediately if there are any concerns with the garment's condition.
6. **Cancellation:** Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once payment is processed. Please make your selection carefully.
7. **Exchange Policy:** We do not offer exchanges for garments. Please be certain of your choice before completing the purchase.
8. **Special Circumstances:** In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include an exchange or store credit.
