*  STEPS TO ORDERING:

1. Purchase the listing, then email the details to info@JanaeXclusive@.com (Add name and order number) 

2. Attach 1-3 pictures (NO COLLAGE/WATERMARKED PICTURES) High-quality pictures preferred !! 
Add your high-resolution images
FYI: Bad resolution pics can delay your processing and also cause bad resolution on the Candles.
Please be mindful of the pictures you are using and the resolution. Dark pictures will not show clearly on the Candles.

You will get a mockup preview for approval (APPROVAL IS MANDATORY) 
Max revisions: 2 - then additional $5
Once the draft has been approved, there will be no changes in the pictures. Please ensure you send the correct pictures the first time.
Custom-made items are non-refundable or exchangeable, so please make sure you look over the mock-up carefully.

5. Once the design is approved, I will press and ship it to you.
**Please make sure your address is current, cause I will not be responsible for any outdated or incorrect shipping information provided.
**You have 24 hours to cancel your order with no charge. Cancellations after that will be a $10 charge.***

PROCESSING TIME is up to 3-10 "BUSINESS DAYS" or SOONER (WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS NOT INCLUDED). Any order placed or approved on Fridays will ship out on Monday morning. You will receive a mock-up of the candles for approval during that time frame before it is shipped. Please make sure you are monitoring your inbox or email for quicker shipping. If no response is received or a slow response is received, this will also delay your processing. Please refrain from messaging us for a status if you are still within your processing time frames.
