****THIS LISTING IS FOR CUSTOMIZED GRAD STOLE & MATCHING TEE ONLY****

*  STEPS TO ORDERING:
 1. Pick SHIRT SIZE option & STOLE SIZE OPTION 60in or 70in

 2. Purchase the listing then email the details to info@JanaeXclusive.com (Add name and order number) 

3. Attach 1-4 pictures (NO COLLAGE/WATERMARKED PICTURES) High Quality pictures preferred !! 
Add your high resolution images, and 1 pic of School Logo/Mascot
FYI: Bad resolution pics can delay your processing and also cause bad resolution on your stole & shirt.
Please be mindful of the pictures you are using and the resolution. Dark pictures will not show clearly on the stoles & shirt.

4. PERSONALIZED DETAILS (Include in message/email):
* First Name of graduate
* School Colors/ Colors for the stole & shirt (3 colors max)
* Graduate year (Class of ****)
* High school or College name (optional)

 5. APPROVE YOUR DESIGN
You will get a mockup preview for approval (APPROVAL IS MANDATORY) 
Max revisions : 2 - then additional $5
Once the draft has been approved, there will be no changes in the pictures. Please make sure you send the correct pictures the first go round.
Custom made items are non-refundable or exchangeable so please make sure you look over the mock up carefully.

6. Once design approved, I will press and ship to you .
**Please make sure your address is current on Etsy cause I will not be responsible for any outdated or incorrect shipping information provided.
**You have 24 hours to cancel your order with no charge. Cancellations after that will be a $10 charge.***

PROCESSING TIME is up to 7-10 "BUSINESS DAYS" or SOONER (WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS NOT INCLUDED). Any order placed or approved on Fridays will ship out Monday morning. You will receive a mock up of the stole & shirt for approval during that time frame before it is shipped. Please make sure you are monitoring your inbox or email for quicker shipping. If no response received or slow response, this also will delay your processing. Please refrain from messaging us for a status if you are still within your processing time frames.

MATERIAL:

SHIRTS:100% polyester material

We use 100% dri-fit, polyester WHITE shirts. THE SHIRTS ARE UNISEX!! Please size down for a more fitted look. The shirts have really great stretch to them, so there's no need to ever size up.

STOLE: Polyester satin material

*Please note that this stole & shirt does not fade, peel or shrink. It is permanent ink being used, so the designs will last as long as the upkeep of the garment. 

3D/All Over Shirt Disclaimer:

There will be some inconsistencies that occur during pressing.

White wrinkles can appear where the garment was not laying perfectly flat. These types of issues are most likely going to happen along seams, around collar, or around the arm pit area.
