STEPS TO ORDERING:

1. SIZE 
TOPPER SIZE: Toppers are all designed to fit standard caps at 9.5x9.5 inches. Please ensure you check your cap size first- shop will not be responsible if the topper is too small/too big for your cap.


2. Purchase the listing then email the details to info@JanaeXclusive@.com (Add name and order number)


3. Attach 1-4 pictures (NO COLLAGE/WATERMARKED PICTURES) High-quality pictures preferred !!

Add your high-resolution images, and 1 pic of the School Logo/Mascot
FYI: Bad resolution pics can delay your processing and also cause bad resolution on your stole.
Please be mindful of the pictures you are using and the resolution. Dark pictures will not show clearly on the stoles.

You will get a mockup preview for approval (APPROVAL IS MANDATORY)
 
Max revisions: 2 - then additional $5
*These designs are custom-made. No changes or additions can be made after draft final approval. Please ensure you send the correct pictures the first time.
Custom-made items are non-refundable or exchangeable, so please make sure you look over the mock-up carefully.

6. Once the design is approved, I will print and ship it to you.
**Please make sure your address is current, cause I will not be responsible for any outdated or incorrect shipping information provided.
**You have 24 hours to cancel your order with no charge. Cancellations after that will be a $10 charge.***

PROCESSING TIME is up to 7-10 "BUSINESS DAYS" or SOONER (WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS NOT INCLUDED). Any order placed or approved on Fridays will ship out on Monday morning. You will receive a mock-up of the stole for approval during that time frame before it is shipped. Please make sure you are monitoring your email for quicker shipping. If no response is received or a slow response is received, this will also delay your processing. Please refrain from messaging us for a status if you are still within your processing time frames.

MATERIAL:
This item is printed using Quality Glossy Photo Paper and Laminated for moderate thickness and applied to a cardstock (glitter and regular cardstock) to ensure the best quality, durability, and look for your topper.
*Your cap topper is a removable square (Cap Topper Only).

Cap comes with the button hole already included to accommodate the tassel. Also, includes material to adhere to the cap.
