Shipping/ Processing



All orders shipped within United States are shipped via USPS or UPS. Processing can take up to 1-5 business days, Not including shipping time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) nor holidays. We only ship orders on business days (Monday- Friday). Arrival time varies depending on location; however, USPS Priority Mail guarantees 2 to 3 days for domestic and 7-10 days for international delivery time after product has been shipped. Orders will be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared.

Custom Orders may take up to one week to process plus shipping time. "Rush my order" is available for faster process time.

Signature confirmation is required on all mailed orders.

We only ship orders to confirmed addresses. The address has to confirm via Pay Pal. Also shipping address has to be same as the billing address connected with your Pay Pal/ ATM/ Debit/ Checking Account. If shipping address does not match order will not be confirmed.

Tracking numbers are emailed once once merchandise has been shipped.

Janae’ Xclusive is NOT responsible for any lost products. If your tracking number information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you will have to contact shipping carrier

Janae’ Xclusive does NOT hold responsibility for packages that have been delivered or are listed as “untraceable”.

Payment Terms

We accept most major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Your billing and shipping address must match to complete a transaction on this site.
